How Is Making Money On The Internet Through Online Job Openings Dissimilar From Being Employed With A Conventional Job?

Just how are online job openings and regular jobs different? Well, "regular jobs" are time-based and require that you be physically present. For example if you have a job at McDonalds, you are required to:

A. Make an appearance at a certain time, willing to work.

B. You need to be presentable, meaning outfitted and groomed in a manner appropriate for the job and the public contact your job requires.

C. Your compensation is mostly time-based; you are paid by the hour or week or month that you're there working or prepared to work.

D. Your supervisor is charged with making sure you make an appearance, look presentable and in fact work within the hours you are "clocked in"

Web-based jobs, online job openings, are results-based and deadline-based. Which means no one cares how you look, how (or even if) you're dressed or what hours you work. They are concerned only about what you get done. The number of surveys you completed, what number of blog postings you made or how many my space and face book bookmarks you placed -- whatever it was you were supposed to do.

When you apply for jobs online, nobody cares whether you work mornings, afternoons or nights. That is typically your responsibility. If your job was to write ten articles on "Artichoke hearts" and deliver them by noon on Friday, they do not care when or where you wrote the articles or if you shaved and took a bath or otherwise. All they are concerned about is that you have the articles there, with acceptable format and quality, and on time, by noon on Friday.

In a "regular job" with a "bricks and mortar" company/business, it is about showing up on time, making a good appearance and doing the job throughout the prescribed hours.

With an Internet job (real online job), it's about that which you gotten done and whether you met your deadlines or not.

Oh, and when you work for a bricks and mortar company you must show up at a specific time and place on payday so you can get your check or your pay envelope. When you work on the internet your cash earned is deposited directly into your PayPal account and you can access it using a debit card at any ATM, anywhere in the world, at any hour.

Not to mention that when you are making money on the internet you save all the costs and time of commuting, buying and maintaining appropriate clothing, self-grooming to your boss' standards and the necessity to get along with co-workers.
